五香香酥肉
材料 :
- 花肉 (切条)
- 鸡蛋 1粒
- 面包糠
掩料 :
- 五香粉
- 麻油
- 耗油
- 黑酱油
- 花雕酒
- 糖
**********************************************
1. 将花肉切条状,加入全部掩料,掩它隔夜
2. 将花肉涂上蛋液,再沾上面包糠
3. 放入热油中炸熟
4. 取出来后,将它切成一小块
