将肉碎+香菜一起切碎
材料 :
- 白豆腐
- 肉碎
- 炸葱头
调味料 :
- 生抽 少许
- 耗油 少许
- 牺油 少许
热油,炒熟肉碎
加入全部调味料+水 +炸葱头
加入豆腐,煮一煮
加点牺油(黑酱油)让豆腐的颜色更加透人
完成
