香酥花肉
材料 :
- 花肉 切条 (用耗油和少许糖掩一掩)
- 姜 切丝
- 蒜米 切碎
- 葱头 切碎
- 豆豉 切碎
- 杂豆
调味料 :
- 麻油
- 糖
- 耗油
- 大薯粉 + 水 (勾芡用)
1. 将花肉沾上蛋液,再沾上面粉
2. 将花肉炸熟
3. 炸好放一边待用
4. 爆香材料
5. 倒入全部调味料
6. 倒入炸好的花肉,搅拌均匀,熄火
7. 起锅咯
