酱香豆腐丁
材料 - 豆腐切丁,辣椒,青瓜
调味料 - 香辣豆瓣,花雕酒,生抽 ,糖(全部1小匙) ,署粉+ 水(勾芡用)
做法:
1 。 将豆腐放煎至金黄色,捞起来放一边备用。
2。 锅里下少许油,放入豆腐和全部调味料,炒至均匀
3。 放入辣椒和青瓜,到入署粉+水,炒至均匀
4。起锅
