咸菜蒸鱼
材料 :
- 白鱼
- 蒜米 切碎
- 冬菇 切丝
- 姜 切丝
- 咸菜 切丝
调味料
- 酱油/ 生抽 少许
- 耗油 少许
- 糖 少许
做法 :
1. 爆香酸米和姜丝
2. 加入咸菜和冬菇炒一炒
3. 加入全部调味料,煮一煮
4. 把鱼放在蒸盘上,淋上煮好的调味料,蒸至熟
5. 蒸好了
