酱油山猪肉
材料 :
- 山猪肉
- 姜 切片
- 蒜米
- 八角
- 青椒
调味料 :
- 耗油
- 生抽
- 老抽
- 糖
1. 将山猪肉切薄片,用刀的背面将它拍松
2. 爆香姜片,蒜米和八角
3. 放入猪肉去炒一炒,加入调味料和少许水。用小火焖一焖
4. 放入青椒,炒一炒
5. 起锅
