香煎茄子
1. 把茄子切成薄薄一片片
2. 将切好的茄子沾上面糊 (面粉+水+少许盐),用热油煎直金黄色
3. 准备酱料:
- 泰式酱
- 蒜米
- 葱头
- 花生碎
4. 锅里下少许油,爆香全部材料
5. 上桌啦! 将炸好的茄子沾上泰式酱,美味可口哦!
