1. 排骨斩小块,放入滚水中烫一烫
材料 : 蒜米,辣椒调味料 : 鱼露,生抽,薯粉,糖,麻油,少许水
2. 排骨和材料搅拌,放入全部调味料掩一掩。拿去蒸直熟
