梅菜鸡翼
1. 鸡翼先用绍兴酒和生抽掩一个晚上
2. 准备材料 : 掩好的鸡翼,甜梅菜,葱头,姜片
调味料 : 盐,水,糖,生抽,麻油,胡椒粉
3. 甜梅菜先用水浸泡一下,切碎。放入热油中炒一炒,放一边待用
4. 爆香葱头和姜片
5. 放入鸡翼炒一炒
6. 放入梅菜和调味料,用小火焖一焖
7. 上桌啦...
