泰式鲜鱿
1.
材料 :
- 葱头
- 鲜鱿 (将背面用刀割一下,这样吃起来比较不会硬)
- 腰豆 (先炸好备用)
- 青椒
调味料 :
- 泰式酱
2. 爆香葱头
3. 放入鲜鱿炒一炒
4. 放入青椒和腰豆
5. 倒入泰式酱
6. 上锅啦!!
