Maggie chicken chop
1. 先将鸡腿/鸡胸肉拍扁。用少许maggie酱油,黑胡椒粉,鸡蛋和蜀粉掩一掩。
2. 把鸡扒放入锅里煎熟
3. 准备其它材料 :
- 青椒 切丝
- 洋葱 切丝
- maggie 酱油 少许
- 绍兴酒 少许
- 糖 少许
- 生抽 少许
4. 先爆香洋葱和青椒。再加入全部调味料炒一炒
5. 加入鸡扒炒直均匀
6. 可以享用啦
