蒸水蛋
1.
准备材料 :
- 鸡蛋 2粒
- 香肠 切小块
- 盐 少许
2. 将鸡蛋打散,倒入半杯的水
3. 为了让蛋蒸出来更滑,将蛋液上的泡泡拿掉
4. 保上保鲜模。烧滚水,用大火去蒸它
5. 蒸了2分钟后,放入香肠,再盖上锅,继续蒸2分钟
6. 可以享用啦...
