蛋羹西兰花
1. 西兰花,香菇和罐头玉薯粟放入滚水中烫一烫 (滚水中加入少许盐)
2. 烫好后,把它摆在碟子里
3. 准备调味料 :
- 耗油
- 麻油
- 花雕酒
- 蛋液
- 薯粉+水 (准备勾芡用)
4. 爆香蒜米,加入全部调味料
5. 熄火,倒入蛋液不停的搅拌它
6. 把汁淋上去就可以了
